4. Offer Validity Period
Fiynix does not guarantee that any offer will be matched. Offers may remain active, be partially
matched, or be removed at any time by Fiynix for operational, compliance, fraud prevention,
liquidity management, pricing, or risk management reasons.
Users may cancel an unmatched offer at any time prior to acceptance by another participant. Once a
match has been confirmed, the transaction becomes binding and subject to these Terms and
Conditions.
5. Partial Acceptance Rules
Partial acceptances are permitted within Grand Junction. All partial bids must be submitted in $100
increments. The minimum partial acceptance amount is twenty-five percent (25%) of the posted
offer amount or $100, whichever is greater.

Fiynix Corp dba Fiynix Remittance
1. Purpose and Overview
Grand Junction is a controlled marketplace feature within Fiynix Remittance that allows eligible
users to post and accept money transfer offers within defined parameters. The feature is designed to
provide transparency, optionality, and efficiency while maintaining strong compliance, fraud
prevention, and regulatory safeguards.
2. Eligibility and Access
Participation in Grand Junction is limited to users who have successfully completed all required
identity verification, account validation, and compliance checks. Fiynix reserves the right to restrict,
suspend, or revoke access to Grand Junction at its sole discretion.
3. Posting Limits and Requirements
The minimum posting amount in Grand Junction is $100. The maximum posting amount is $3,000
per offer. All offers must be submitted in $100 increments and must remain within ±2% of the
current reference market rate displayed in the Fiynix application.
6. Match Limits and Completion
Each posted offer may receive a maximum of four (4) matched acceptances. If a remaining balance
exists after three (3) matches, the fourth and final match must fulfill the remaining balance in full.
Once the posted amount has been fully matched, the offer will automatically close.
7. Fees and Charges
A service fee of $2–$5 applies on the U.S. sending side. A service fee of 0.5%–1.75% applies on the
receiving side, depending on corridor and payout method. All applicable fees are disclosed prior to
final confirmation.
8. Acceptance, Rate Lock, and Finality

9. Payment Authorization and Settlement
All Grand Junction transactions are processed only after payment authorization and verification.
Fiynix may delay, review, or cancel transactions as necessary to comply with fraud prevention,
security, and regulatory requirements.
10. Compliance Monitorin
Fiynix employs risk-based monitoring, automated controls, and regulatory screening, including
KYC, AML, and OFAC checks. Transactions may be reviewed, delayed, frozen, or declined to
comply with applicable laws and regulations.
11. Prohibited Activities
Users may not use Grand Junction for unlawful purposes, pricing manipulation, third-party or
commercial arbitrage, or circumvention of platform safeguards. Violation of these rules may result in
account suspension or termination
12. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for ensuring recipient details are accurate and for transacting only with trusted
parties. Fiynix is not responsible for funds sent based on incorrect information provided by the user.
13. Limitation of Liability
Fiynix shall not be liable for delays or failures resulting from regulatory review, partner processing
delays, force majeure events, or factors beyond its control.
14. Platform Rights
Fiynix reserves the right to review, limit, reject, suspend, or cancel any offer or transaction to
maintain platform integrity, prevent fraud, or ensure compliance.
15. Amendments
Fiynix may update these guidelines at any time. Continued use of Grand Junction constitutes
acceptance of any updates
