2.1 The Service allows Senders to initiate international money transfers to Recipients in supported
Destination Countries through arrangements with Fiynix’s Payout Partners. You must be at least 18
years old to use the Service. Each Transaction is assigned a unique transfer identifier.

2.2 By submitting a Transaction request and accepting these Terms, you authorize Fiynix to process and

permitted). Funds are transmitted for delivery to the Recipient through Fiynix’s Payout Partner network.
Processing times may vary by payment method, Destination Country, banking hours, and compliance
review requirements.

Depending on the Destination Country and Recipient details, Transactions may be delivered via bank
deposit or mobile wallet credit (where available). The Sender is responsible for ensuring Recipient

wallet identifier does not match Recipient name), funds may be credited to the account identifier

Transaction. Fiynix may also be required to block, freeze, or hold funds where releasing or refunding
funds would violate applicable law or regulatory requirements.
