 • The tracking number 
 • Your and your sender’s full name
 • The expected amount
 • Your government-issued ID
 • Sender’s country and state/city/province may be required

What information do I need to send money?

• Your government-issued ID to be shown at the agent location.
 • Your cash or debit card to pay for the transfer amount and fees.
 • Your receiver’s first and last name, to be entered as it appears on their government-issued ID.
 • Your receiver’s country, and in some cases*** their full address.

Can my receiver pick up the money at any Fiynix location?

If the money was sent for cash pickup outside the US, your receiver can pick it up from any agent location in the receive country specified in your transfer. In case you need to change the payout country, please feel free to request so by contacting Customer Care. Your receiver can then pick up the money from any agent location in the new receive country.
