Fiynix Grand Junction Guidelines

Effective Date: 2026.

Fiynix Corp dba Fiynix Remittance

Purpose and Overview

Grand Junction is a controlled marketplace feature within Fiynix Remittance that allows eligible
users to post and accept money transfer offers within defined parameters. The feature is designed to
provide transparency, optionality, and efficiency while maintaining strong compliance, fraud
prevention, and regulatory safeguards.

Eligibility and Access

Grand Junction is available only to eligible Fiynix users who:

  • Have successfully completed Fiynix’s required identity verification, account validation, and compliance screening;

  •  Maintain an account in good standing; and

  •  Have successfully completed at least one standard remittance transaction through Fiynix.

Grand Junction participants interact through unique usernames. A participant’s legal name, contact information, financial information, and other personal information will not be displayed to other participants, except when disclosure is required by law.

Fiynix retains the verified identity and transaction information associated with each username and may use that information for transaction processing, fraud prevention, regulatory reporting, investigations, and compliance with applicable law.

Fiynix may restrict, suspend, or revoke a user’s access to Grand Junction based on compliance, fraud, security, operational, or risk-management concerns.

Posting Limits and Requirements

Fiynix will display a reference exchange rate for each supported remittance corridor. When a user posts an offer, Fiynix will calculate the permitted rate range as two percent (2%) above and two percent (2%) below the reference rate displayed at that time.

An offer must fall within the permitted range when submitted. The applicable reference rate and permitted range will remain valid until Fiynix updates the displayed reference rate. Fiynix does not guarantee that the reference rate will change on any particular day or at any specific frequency. When Fiynix updates a reference rate, the update will generally occur during the early-morning hours.

Whenever Fiynix updates its reference rate, Fiynix will recalculate the permitted ±2% rate range and review all active unmatched offers. If an active offer falls outside the updated permitted range, the unmatched portion of the offer will automatically expire and will no longer be available for matching.

If an offer has been partially matched, only the remaining unmatched portion will expire. Any match confirmed before the reference-rate update will remain subject to the rate and terms accepted for that match, together with all cancellation, refund, and error-resolution rights available under applicable law.

Fiynix will notify the affected user of the expiration. The user may submit a new offer using a rate within the updated permitted range. Fiynix will not charge a fee solely because an unmatched offer expires following a reference-rate update.

Offer Validity Period

Fiynix does not guarantee that an offer will be matched or that it will remain available following a reference-rate update. Offers may remain active, be partially matched, or be removed by Fiynix for operational, compliance, fraud-prevention, liquidity-management, pricing, security, or risk management reasons.

A user may cancel the unmatched portion of an offer at any time before it is accepted by another participant. Once a match is confirmed, the matched exchange rate and transaction terms are locked, subject to the sender’s cancellation and refund rights under applicable law.

A sender may request cancellation of a remittance transfer within thirty (30) minutes after making or authorizing payment, provided that the transferred funds have not been deposited into the matched recipient’s account, made available to the matched recipient, or otherwise received by the matched recipient. When a valid and timely cancellation request is received, Fiynix will refund the amount paid by the sender, including applicable fees and, to the extent required by law, applicable taxes, within the legally required period.

After the applicable cancellation period expires or after the matched recipient receives the funds the transaction may not be canceled, except when required by applicable law or expressly permitted by Fiynix.

Fiynix may delay, reject, cancel, or review any offer or matched transaction when necessary to comply with legal, regulatory, fraud prevention, security, sanctions-screening, or risk management requirements. Nothing in these Guidelines limits any cancellation, refund, or error resolution rights available to a user under applicable law.

Partial Acceptance Rules

Partial acceptances are permitted within Grand Junction. All partial bids must be submitted in $100
increments. The minimum partial acceptance amount is twenty-five percent (25%) of the posted
offer amount or $100, whichever is greater.

Match Limits and Completion

Each posted offer may receive a maximum of four (4) matched acceptances. If a remaining balance
exists after three (3) matches, the fourth and final match must fulfill the remaining balance in full.
Once the posted amount has been fully matched, the offer will automatically close.

Fees and Charges

A service fee of $2–$5 applies on the U.S. sending side. A service fee of 0.5%–1.75% applies on the
receiving side, depending on corridor and payout method. All applicable fees are disclosed prior to
final confirmation.

Acceptance, Rate Lock, and Finality

Grand Junction transactions are subject to the following service fees:

  • U.S. Side Service Fee: A service fee ranging from USD $2.00 to USD $5.00 will apply to the U.S.-side participant.

  • Non-U.S. Side Service Fee: A service fee ranging from 0.50% to 1.75% of the applicable transaction amount will apply to the non-U.S.-side participant.

The exact service fee charged to each participant may vary based on the transaction amount, remittance corridor, payment method, payout method, and other applicable transaction factors. The rate and offer amount initially displayed in Grand Junction do not include these service fees.

After a match is confirmed, but before either participant authorizes payment, Fiynix will provide each participant with a final transaction summary applicable to that participant. The summary will clearly display, as applicable:

  • The transfer amount

  • The matched exchange rate

  • The exact Fiynix service fee

  • Applicable taxes, if any

  • The total amount the participant must pay

  • The date the funds are expected to be available.

Each participant will have an opportunity to review the applicable transaction summary before authorizing payment. Fiynix will not process a participant’s payment until that participant affirmatively confirms the transaction and authorizes the total amount displayed.

By selecting “Confirm and Pay” or a substantially similar confirmation, the participant authorizes Fiynix to process the displayed transfer amount, service fee, applicable taxes, and total payment.

After payment authorization, Fiynix will provide an electronic receipt containing the applicable transaction details and required cancellation, refund, error-resolution, and regulatory-contact information.

Payment Authorization and Settlement

Once a match is confirmed, the matched rate and transaction terms are locked and may not be modified or withdrawn, except as permitted by Fiynix or required under applicable cancellation, refund, and error-resolution laws.

Upon the sender's payment authorization, the transaction amount, agreed exchange rate, applicable fees, and settlement instructions are locked and considered final. Fiynix will immediately begin processing the transaction in accordance with its operational, compliance, and settlement procedures.

The sender is responsible for completing payment within the required payment window. Failure to complete payment within the prescribed timeframe may result in cancellation of the transaction, forfeiture of the matched opportunity, and temporary or permanent suspension of the user's access to Grand Junction.

Except where required by applicable law or expressly permitted by Fiynix, completed or funded Grand Junction transactions may not be canceled, reversed, or refunded.

10. Payment Authorization and Settlement

All Grand Junction transactions are processed only after payment authorization and verification. Fiynix may delay, review, or cancel transactions as necessary to comply with fraud prevention, security, and regulatory requirements.

Compliance Monitoring

Fiynix employs risk-based monitoring, automated controls, and regulatory screening, including
KYC, AML, and OFAC checks. Transactions may be reviewed, delayed, frozen, or declined to
comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Prohibited Activities

Users may not use Grand Junction for unlawful purposes, pricing manipulation, third-party or
commercial arbitrage, or circumvention of platform safeguards. Violation of these rules may result in
account suspension or termination

User Responsibility

Grand Junction participants send funds to the username with which they are matched. Before accepting a match, users should carefully review the displayed username, exchange rate, transfer amount, applicable fees, and transaction terms.

All Grand Junction participants must complete Fiynix’s identity-verification and compliance requirements and successfully complete at least one standard Fiynix remittance transaction before becoming eligible to use Grand Junction. However, participants interact only through usernames and will not see the other participant’s legal name, contact information, financial information, or other personal information.

Users should exercise discretion and accept a match only if they are comfortable proceeding based on the information displayed through the Grand Junction platform. Users must not attempt to contact another participant, arrange payment outside Fiynix, or circumvent Fiynix’s transaction and compliance controls.

Fiynix may review, delay, reject, or cancel a match when necessary for fraud prevention, security, risk management, or compliance with applicable law. Nothing in this section limits a user’s cancellation, refund, or error-resolution rights under applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

Fiynix shall not be liable for delays or failures resulting from regulatory review, partner processing
delays, force majeure events, or factors beyond its control.

Platform Rights

Fiynix reserves the right to review, limit, reject, suspend, or cancel any offer or transaction to
maintain platform integrity, prevent fraud, or ensure compliance.

Amendments

Fiynix may update these guidelines at any time. Continued use of Grand Junction constitutes
acceptance of any updates.
