Your Transfer Rights
At Fiynix Remittance, we're committed to making international money transfers simple, transparent,
and secure. If you send money from the United States using our Service, you may have important
rights under applicable federal law.
Your Right to Cancel
In many cases, you have the right to cancel a remittance transfer within 30 minutes of making
payment.
To be eligible for cancellation:
• The cancellation request must be made within 30 minutes after payment.
• The recipient must not have already received the funds.
• The funds must not have been deposited into the recipient's account or otherwise made
available to the recipient.
• You must provide enough information for us to identify your transaction.
If your cancellation request qualifies, Fiynix will refund the amount you paid, including any
applicable transfer fees, as required by applicable law.
Using your personal information
If you believe there was a problem with your transfer, please let us know as soon as possible.
Examples of reportable errors may include:
• The recipient received the wrong amount.
• The funds were sent to the wrong recipient due to a processing error.
• Your transfer was not delivered as disclosed.
• Incorrect fees were charged.
• Another error occurred during processing.
We will investigate eligible claims and respond in accordance with applicable federal and state
laws.
How to Report an Error

• Your full name
• Transaction reference number
• Date of transfer
• Transfer amount
• Recipient's name
• A brief description of the issue
Providing complete information helps us investigate your request more quickly.
When Cancellation or Refund May Not Be Available
Certain transfers cannot be cancelled, including situations where:
• The recipient has already received the funds.
• The funds have already been deposited into the recipient's account or mobile wallet.
• The transfer has otherwise been completed.
• Applicable law or regulatory requirements prevent cancellation.
Compliance Reviews
To protect our customers and comply with applicable laws, Fiynix may temporarily delay or hold a
transfer while we complete identity verification, fraud prevention, anti-money laundering (AML),
sanctions screening, or other regulatory reviews.
