At Fiynix, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal information.
If you would like to permanently delete your Fiynix account, you may submit a request using the
form below.
​Before You Delete Your Account
​Deleting your account will:
• Permanently close your Fiynix account.
• Remove access to the Fiynix app.
• Delete or anonymize personal information where permitted by law.
• Cancel any pending transfers that have not yet been processed.
• Remove saved recipients and payment methods.
Please note that Fiynix may retain certain records after account deletion where required by
applicable law, including anti-money laundering (AML), fraud prevention, tax, accounting, or other
regulatory obligations.
